CHITOSANO+FORTE TAB

This dietary supplement is made with Chitosan (450 mg), Guar and Chromium. Guar limits the absorption of nutrients and reduces appetite. Chromium helps to keep blood glucose levels at a normal lever and regulates the metabolism's macronutrients.
How to use:
Take 2 tablets twice a day with plenty of water 10-15 minutes before main meals. Additionally, drink plenty of water during the course of the day.

Keep out of the reach of children three years of age or under. Do not exceed the daily recommended dosage. Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. This product should be used in conjunction with a healthy, low-calorie diet along with an adequate amount of physical exercise. Seek medical advice if your diet should go on for long periods of time, (longer than three weeks).
