FOLIC ACID 400 MCG TAB

This FOLIC ACID from JAMIESON provides .4mg of folic acid, a critical pre-pregnancy nutrient for women who are planning on conceiving. Folic Acid helps prevent neural tube defects when taken prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy, as well as produces healthy red blood cells, aiding the body to metabolize proteins when readying for pregnancy. It is especially needed in areas where there is a higher cell turnover, making it a necessary component of normal fetal development, especially in the first trimester when most of the neural network is laid down. Jamieson’s Folic Acid may also be used to help prevent memory loss, Alzheimer's disease, age related hearing loss, macular degeneration, osteoporosis, restless leg syndrome, nerve pain, and muscle pain
DOSAGE
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
No sugar, starch, gluten, lactose, artificial colours or flavours. Folic acid therapy can mask a vitamin B12 deficiency. Consult a health care practitioner for your vitamin B12 needs.
